The Impulse IT9521 Prone Leg Curl is pin selectorized equipment for working out hamstring muscles. The exerciser could effectively work out the hamstring muscles by lying pronely on the equipment with crus hooking the roller and bending the knees to hold back the crus after choosing appropriate weight. Upholstery of forearms and core is to support spinal column, and stabilize the hip. Pivot mark in yellow allows users to get correct exercise position.

There are 4 weight options to choose, 160/200/235/295lbs, at the same time equipped with incremental weight 5lbs of small weight adjustment. Impulse purposely uses diverging motion structure allows the arms training simultaneously and alternately, which highly improves the training possibility.
